CARE & MAINTENANCE

To preserve the natural texture and sheen of silk, avoid machine washing or soaking in water.

Do not bleach or dry clean.

Keep away from oils, lotions, or skincare products, which may cause staining or discoloration.

For light marks, gently dab with a soft cloth moistened with cold water and a drop of pH-neutral detergent. Pat dry with a clean towel and leave flat to air dry, out of direct sunlight.

Please handle with care—friction or rough surfaces may damage the delicate fibers.

We offer shipping and returns within Canada and the continental United States.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $100. A flat rate of CAD $12 applies to orders under CAD $100.
  • United States: A flat international shipping fee of CAD $20 applies to all orders.

Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities.

Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Returns - A flat return shipping fee of CAD $10 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our prepaid return label. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges - Exchanges are free of charge and processed upon receipt of the original item, subject to availability.
