Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estiamated Shipping Time

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $100. A flat rate of CAD $12 applies to orders under CAD $100.
  • United States: A flat international shipping fee of CAD $20 applies to all orders.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities.

Refund & Return

At murmuré, we believe great sleep should feel easy, cozy, and a little magical.Sometimes a product simply doesn’t feel right. Maybe the fit is off, the texture isn’t what you imagined, or the style just isn’t you.

No worries. We’re here to help.You may return any murmuré product within 30 days from the day it arrives, as long as it is unused and in good condition. Our team will do our best to find a solution that feels right. Your rest really matters to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, returned items need to be

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in original, like-new condition
  • returned with all tags and protective liners attached

If something shows clear signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to accept it. We will always review carefully and explain clearly.

How to Begin a Return

Self-Service Returns

Our self-service return system is designed to stay simple and stress-free.Once we confirm the return shipping cost, we will send you a link to register your return. A valid reason and clear details help things move faster.murmuré reserves the right to decline returns that do not include enough information or do not follow the policy.When your item arrives, our Returns Team will check it quickly and email you with the result.

Return Shipping

In most cases, customers cover the return shipping cost.If the issue was our mistake, such as a defective item or the wrong product, we will take care of the shipping.Here is how the process works:

  1. We email you the estimated return shipping cost.
  2. You approve it.
  3. We send the return link.
  4. After we receive the item, the shipping cost is deducted from your refund.

Please keep in mind:

  • customs or border delays are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for return
  • bundle sets are usually returned as complete sets

If your order arrives damaged or in the wrong color or variant, contact us within 14 days and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process

Once your item is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 calendar days, minus any agreed return shipping cost.Your bank may need a little extra time to complete the transaction. Sometimes they move slower than silk.

Return Denial

We rarely decline returns, but sometimes it is necessary.murmuré may refuse returns that fall outside of the policy, including items that are opened, used, damaged, or returned after the allowed time period. Packages sent to addresses not provided through our return portal cannot be processed.We always review thoughtfully and communicate kindly.

Exchange

If you would like a different size or color, simply email contact@murmuresilk.ca. After approval, we will send an invoice for return shipping and any price difference if needed. You will then receive a link to register your exchange. Choose “Exchange” during the process.Once we receive and approve the returned item, we issue store credit so you can place a fresh order.
