The finest silk is not simply found.
It is preserved.
Every choice, from 6A selection to textile innovation, preserves silk's original refinement.
What sets murmure apart
Only 6A
6A is not a label silk is given. It is what remains after silk has been tested.
6A is the highest grade within the raw-silk grading system. It is not a judgment of shine alone, but of how faithfully the filament has preserved the qualities with which it began.
Fineness
A consistently delicate filament.
Evenness
No abrupt changes in thickness.
Cleanliness
Fewer slubs, knots and irregularities.
Strength
Continuity that endures weaving and use.
Graded for refinement and certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 — independently tested for harmful substances, down to the thread.

Proven Overnight
A touch tells you silk is soft. A night tells you whether it is truly fine.
At first touch, almost any silk can feel soft. Eight hours asks more of it. Through warmth, moisture, pressure and every turn in your sleep, silk remains close to your skin and hair. Over time, its evenness, stability and surface refinement become more meaningful than the impression it makes in your hand.
The true measure of silk is not only how it feels for a moment, but how it continues to feel through the night.

Silk Begins Here
6A can confirm quality. It cannot create it. For that, we return to where the judgment of fine silk was formed.
Lake Taihu — where the cycle begins
Water-rich land, humid seasons and a climate made for mulberry let sericulture take root here. The leaf feeds the silkworm; the silkworm forms the cocoon. The quality later measured in raw silk begins in this ground.
Suzhou — where every stage learned from the next
Around Suzhou, rearing, cocoon selection, reeling, weaving and finishing grew up together, until a whole industry shared one language for judging good silk — a knowledge that lives on today in heritage craft and modern textile research.
We name the origin because a fabric should tell you not only what it is made of, but where its understanding of silk comes from.
Momme, Chosen with Purpose
Good silk does not mean the same silk for everything. The right weight depends on how, and where, it will be used.
Momme measures a silk's density and more is not simply better. So we don't reach for the highest number. We choose the weight that belongs to each product.
A balance for the eyes
A sleep mask must hold its shape and create darkness while staying gentle over the delicate eye area, enough body to feel secure and opaque, without unnecessary weight.
More body for the pillow
A pillowcase meets the weight of the head and the repeated movement of skin and hair. 25 momme creates a denser, more substantial surface for that sustained nightly contact.
We do not choose the highest number. We choose the weight that belongs to the way it will be used.

Innovation, Refined
The best innovation does not disguise the material. It lets more of it reach you.
Micro-encapsulation
Hyaluronic acid and argan oil are enclosed in microscopic capsules, held within the textile rather than left as a heavy treatment on its surface.
Textile-care bonding
These microcapsules are integrated into the silk structure. Natural warmth and subtle movement support their gradual release during wear.
Comfort, without more weight
Hyaluronic acid supports supple, moisture-friendly contact; argan oil keeps the fibres smooth. The silk stays dry, light and breathable — its refinement intact.
Why We Care This Much
Origin, 6A, momme and innovation are not separate. They are one chain of care.
Each decision exists to protect the same thing and carry the most precious qualities of silk from the very start, undiminished, until they become something you rely on without thinking: the mask you reach for at night, the pillowcase you return to, and a quiet softness that becomes familiar without ever becoming ordinary.
From where silk begins, to where it belongs — close to you.
