For light marks, gently dab with a soft cloth moistened with cold water and a drop of pH-neutral detergent. Pat dry with a clean towel and leave flat to air dry, out of direct sunlight.

Shipping Rates

Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $100. A flat rate of CAD $12 applies to orders under CAD $100.
United States: A flat international shipping fee of CAD $20 applies to all orders.

Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

Returns - A flat return shipping fee of CAD $10 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our prepaid return label. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges - Exchanges are free of charge and processed upon receipt of the original item, subject to availability.
